Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to open and operate one account on the onebet47 platform. Opening multiple accounts, using false information, or attempting to bypass the verification system is a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and current information including your full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, a valid email address, and payment details registered in your own name.

onebet47 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identity card, bank statement, or proof of residential address.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The onebet47 platform supports various payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit conditions: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for all payment methods. onebet47 does not charge any fees for deposit transactions; however, third-party fees may apply depending on the payment service provider.

Withdrawal conditions: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes after the request is approved. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit for security purposes.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

onebet47 offers a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before any bonus-related withdrawal can be processed.

As a concrete example: if you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM120, bringing your account balance to RM220. The wagering requirement that must be met is RM120 × 20 = RM2,400 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

For a deposit of RM2,600 or more, the bonus received is at the maximum cap of RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM4,100. The wagering requirement in this case is RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.

Additional conditions that apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus one time only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless clearly stated.
• onebet47 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account termination.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the onebet47 platform, covering slots, live casino, and sports betting, are operated according to the specific rules of each game. Detailed rules for each game or event can be found within the relevant game interface.

The results of all games are final once determined by the system. In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, onebet47 will review the transaction records and restore the account balance to a fair state based on data stored in the system.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or modified. Users are responsible for ensuring all betting details are correct before final confirmation.

7. User Conduct
